Message	I won an ebay item and paid via paypal, but since, at the time, my address was not confirmed the seller returned my payment. So then i was out the 200... and the seller didnt have it. I emailed paypal, and they were no help. But then 3 days later the money was refunded. Wait a couple of days before you panic. Brian
